HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Glen Foods is a Salt Lake City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
