HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Haven Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
