HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Haven Staffing places workers with employers around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
