HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Health Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
