HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Ivory Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
