HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Stone Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
