HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Hartford, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
