HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group is a healthcare provider in Houston with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
