HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Thistle Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Charlotte region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
