HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Seattle. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
