HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Detroit, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 619 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
