HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Loom Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
