HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Wren Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
