HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Bridge Energy Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
