HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 985 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
