HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Vista Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
