HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
