HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
