HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Philadelphia area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
