HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Forge Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Las Vegas with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
