HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We invest in training. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
