HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
