HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
