HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Willow Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
