HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Ember Community Partners Group is a Albuquerque charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
