HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone West Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
