HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak River Financial serves customers across Providence with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
