HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Timber Construction Group is a Wichita contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
