HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 917 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
