HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
