HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
