HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Nest Press is a printer and publisher in Nashville serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
