HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Harbor Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Raleigh region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
