HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
