HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Maple Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
