HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Vale Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
