HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 212 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
