HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Forge Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
