HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Raleigh with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
