HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
