HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Sparrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
