HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Holdings coordinates shipments and warehousing around Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
