HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Amber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
