HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lantern Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
