HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Iron Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
