HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Amber Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
