HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Vale Press produces print and digital publications in Providence, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Providence. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
