HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Providence. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
