HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Basin Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
