HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Fox Medical is a Providence company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
